To use the Dynamat addon, follow these simple steps:

1. Download the addon and navigate to User Preferences.
2. Click "Install Addon" and select the downloaded zip file, then press "Install."
3. Once installed, turn on the addon and specify your preferred library path for storing materials.
4. You're all set! The Dynamat tab will now be available on the sidebar of your viewport, allowing you to perform various operations. Check out the list of features to get a better understanding of what you can do with the addon.
5. For PRO users of the Dynamat add-on, after downloading the texture zip file, you need to extract the contents of the file into a folder under your library path. Once you have done this, the textures should be visible in the Dynamat panel.

Faqs,

1- blender freeze when i press download button
blender will freeze as its calculating texture sizes , once size popup comes on screen and when you press ok , it will fetch list of textures to download , and then once download starts you can use blender again normally

2- download progress not updating

it will update as you move your mouse over it , moreover to check whats being downloaded , you can open blener console ,it will show all the progress of downloads

3- getting lots of error when pressing download button
usually this happens when we have issues in internet connection , or sometimes when ambient cg servers are on maintenance or not reachable , give it some time , try it after few hours and it will start working again
