I really like this shader, and that it is a node set-up that can be plugged in easily. Thanks, the shader really is quite awesome. Looks nice in Cycles and EEVEE which is rare these days!
Can you make a note that it will NOT WORK in Blender 3.3.1 and below? I have it working on 3.5 which I am still only using temporarily. May help others when deciding to buy.

Looks very cool! Does the stylized shader work fully in both Eevee and Cycles? How about with a panoramic camera? Does it still work with an equirectangular camera in Cycles?

It does work in eevee and cycles, but both will give slight different results when comparing as both has nodes limitations, although i am working on an update where both render engine will have much better performance and shader , regarding cameras .. i have not tried it yet , but as far as i know , changing cameras will not make any changes in shaders results
